BMW Success in the Company Car Today 100 Awards.

BMW are delighted to announce another successful year in the CCT100 Awards, with the BMW 3 Series taking ‘Compact Executive Car of the Year’. As well as a third time win for BMW 5 Series, which took the ‘Executive Car of the Year’, and an exciting win for the new BMW 1 Series taking ‘Premium Lower Medium Car of the Year’. To add to the success BMW 3 Series was also chosen as the Company Car Today overall ‘Car of the Year’.

Company Car Today Editor Paul Barker commented on the win, “BMW scored a hugely impressive hat-trick of category victories in the Company Car Today CCT100 Awards, with each of its core fleet models coming out as best in class, plus the crowning glory of the 3 Series being chosen as our overall CCT100 Car of the Year,”

“It was a big year of change for BMW, with the new 1 Series and 3 Series being launch in 2019, but these awards prove the brand has successfully and brilliantly replaced two fleet favourites with models that are more efficient, cleverer and all-round better than their predecessors, while the 5 Series, a former CCT100 Car of the Year, continues to be the best Executive model by some distance.”

The CCT100 is Company Car Today’s definitive list of the 100 cars that can fulfil any business car requirement. A shortlist containing the top five cars in each category is assessed across 12 key factors that make an excellent company car, including emissions, price, running costs, company car tax, practicality, desirability and the driving experience.
